Lost Keys ListThis page is the list of all CyberKeys that have been marked as "lost" in the system. Keys may bemarked as lost either directly or by using the Replace operation.Table FieldsKey Serial - The ID or serial number of the lost key.Change Status - A change icon indicates the lost key is still "at-large." CyberAudit-Web has noconfirmation that the key has been disabled. CyberAudit-Web knows that a lost key has beendisabled when:A communicator programs the key after it has been marked as lost....or...A CyberLock programmed as a disabling point is downloaded and the audit trail containsa "Key disabled" event for that key.Next Expiration - Indicates when the CyberKey will expire. After expiration the key is no longera threat to open locks.Key Type - Indicates whether the lost CyberKey is a Grand Master, a reset key, or a "Standard"CyberKey issued to a key holder.Master Key - A check mark ( ) indicates the lost key is a master key.Last Issued To - The name of the person who had the key when it was designated as lost.Disable Points - The number of CyberLocks that have been designated as disable points.Operations -- Creates a printable list of the lost keys.Clicking in a non-linked section of a Lost Key record will display a drop-down menu of operations:Properties - Displays the editable details of the lost key.Audit Trail - Generates a lock access audit trail logged for the key.Comm Log - Generates a report of key status logged by communicators when a CyberKeyis downloaded.Delete - Removes the lost key record after confirmation.
