Steps to Assign an RFID Access Card1. From the "People List" page, click the row of the person the RFID Access Card will be assigned to and choose "Properties."2. There are four options for key assignments:No key - The person has no key assigned to them.Issue by number - An issue number is assigned to this person. The first time the key given to the personmakes contact with the database, the issue number must be entered for the key to be updated. This allowsthe administrator to grab any unassigned key and give it to a person. After configuration, the issue numberwill be replaced by the key's serial number in the "People Properties" page.Enter key serial number - Manually entering the serial number of the key will allow the person to updatethe key the first time without needing an issue number. Use this method only if that specific key is beinggiven to the person.Issue Card - An RFID access card may be used at a Single Key Vault in lieu of issuing a CyberKey.Normally CyberLink should be used to read the card ID and enter it into the ID field.Choose Issue Card to issue an RFID Access Card.
