<strong>Inc</strong>luded ColumnsChanging options in this section allows the administrator to specify which columns from eachrecord to include in the report and the order in which those columns should be displayed, fromleft to right. Columns should be selected that are appropriate for the criteria selected in theother sections for CyberKeys, CyberLocks, People, Doors, and Communicators.Use the item chooser to select and re-order the columns that will appear in the report.Note: Audit trail events will not fill data in every column. For example a Vault opened using anRFID access card will not include any reference about a CyberKey or a CyberLock.Available columns include:Key Name - The name assigned to the CyberKey.Key Serial - The serial number of the CyberKey.Mission Number - If the event occured while the key was programmed by a missionnumber, it will display in this column.Card Name - The name of the RFID access card.Card RFID - The serial number of the RFID access card.Lock Name - The name of the CyberLock at the time of the audit trail event.Lock Serial - The serial number of the CyberLock.Custom fields for CyberLocks - Any custom fields specified for CyberLocks may beincluded in the report.Downloaded or Configured - Indicates whether a CyberLock was downloaded orprogrammed when this event occured.Date - The date and time that the event occured.Raw Key Date/Time - Displays the date and time as recorded directly from the CyberKeyor CyberLock without rendering it to a time zone.Download Date- The date and time that the event data was downloaded from aCyberKey, CyberLock Programmer, or Communicator.Event - The type of event that occured - what happened.Source - The device that recorded the event; CyberKey, CyberLock, or Communicator.
