Communicator Issue NumbersCommunicators such as USB Stations, Web Stations, IR Encoders, LAN Authorizers, andSingle Key Vaults may be added to the system by issue number. Issue numbers are placeholders for the unique ID of the device until the real ID is determined.When logged in to CyberAudit-Web and CyberLink is launched, CyberAudit-Webautomatically issues the station, IR Encoder, or Single Key Vault without an issue number.For Stations, IR Encoders, and Single Key Vaults, CyberLink will prompt for an 8-digitissue number if neither the ID of the communicator nor the serial number of the CyberKeyis found in the system and the device was not automatically issued when launched.LAN Authorizers always get an issue number when a new one is added. CyberAudit-Webthen replaces the issue number when it finds a LAN Authorizer at the IP address assignedto it.Web Authorizers and Flex System hubs must always be added using their serial numberID.
