Programming JobsProgramming Jobs are a means by which selected groups of CyberLocks can be configured ordownloaded. They provide a way to explicitly select the list of locks to process. It enables anadministrator to delegate the task of carrying out the job to others.Each Programming Job has a unique ID. When a CyberLock Programmer or Grand Master ispresented to a communicator, it will prompt for a Job Number. By entering this unique ID,CyberAudit-Web loads the key with the correct set of instructions.Each Programmer or Grand Master can accomodate Programming Jobs of up to 1250 locks.CyberAudit-Web recognizes a "reserved" Job Number of ' 11111111'. Using that number will set upthe Programmer or Grand Master with all of the CyberLocks in the system that need to beprogrammed, up to the 1250 lock maximum.Table Fields:Job Number - The number assigned to the Job. This number must be entered in thecommunicator that updates the Programming Key to load the correct Job into memory.Name - The name assigned to the Job.Type - Two types of Jobs can be created: Download and configure. Download Jobs capture theaudit trail events out of the selected locks. Configure Jobs update the selected locks to themost current system configuration.Number of Locks - The number of locks associated with the Job.Operations:New - Adds a new Job.- Creates a printable list of the programming jobs.Properties - Displays the details of the Job for editing.Delete - Removes the selected Job record after confirmation.How to Create a Programming Job
