CyberKey Communications LogThe Communications Log shows information regarding CyberKey update activity. Each row is arecord of the a communication that shows the key's ID, a timestamp, the battery voltage, what thekey's clock was at the time of download, where it was downloaded, how many audit events wererecorded, the time zone, and any communications errors.
Updating CyberKey FirmwareUpdating the firmware is available only for CyberKey Rechargeable and CyberKey Plus keys.Note: The key must be downloaded first because the firmware can only be updated if no eventsexist in the key.1.
