Email NotificationsNotifications are reports sent by email. CyberAudit-Web periodically scans for new auditevents to determine if it matches the criteria of one or more Notification reports. Typically thisoccurs once each 1-2 minutes. Email Notifications must reference an available email server inEmail notification setup.There are two types of Notifications:Low Battery - This type of Notification is for the administrator who wants to receive anemail when any person's key battery is low. Battery level is checked when a key isdownloaded and if it is at or below the threshold of 2.51 volts since the last check will bereported in the email message.The only field used from this type of report is personnel (only keys assigned to people inthis list will be considered). Other fields from the report are ignored.Notification based on Report Events - The events included in this notification are filteredbased on the report selected. The lock, people, event type and time filters of the report areused. Date filters from the report are not used. Events that would be listed in the report aresent as emails.Table FieldsNotification Name - Describes what the Notification is about.Notification Type - Notifications are based either on the events generated from the criteriaof a report or on a low battery level when a CyberKey is downloaded.Based on Report - Both Notification types, Report Events and Low Battery, mustreference an existing report to match the criteria or people.OperationsNew - Click to create a new Notification.- Creates a printable list of the Notifications.Properties - Displays the details of the Notification and enables editing.Delete - Removes the selected Notification after confirmation.Related Topics:
