Schedule IconsIcons can be added to represent different schedules. The image will be resized if it is larger than23x23 pixels. For a finer grained picture, use a photo editing program to resize the image and saveit in PNG, GIF, or JPEG format.Table Fields:Icon - The icon that represents the schedule in the Access Matrix.Built-in - Icons that are pre-loaded with the software have a green checkmark in this field.Used By - The schedule associated with the icon.Operations:New - Adds a new schedule icon.Delete - Removes the selected icon record after confirmation.
Setting Schedules in the Access Matrix with a Bulk OperationThis page enables an administrator to set a schedule for a row or column in the Access Matrix.Schedules may be set for a person against a selected set of locks and lock tags. Schedules for alock are set against selected people and people tags.The Item Chooser -Item choosers enable selecting the tags or individual items that will be targets of the bulk scheduleoperation. A list filter is available to narrow the view of tags or individual locks for selection.The Filter -This filter limits which cells will be changed by the bulk schedule change operation. When the BulkSchedule Change page opens, it is set to the current filter in the matrix for the affected locks orpeople. Cells not matching this filter are guaranteed to remain uneffected by the bulk schedulechange operation.To use a filter that's not in this list, return to the matrix and create a new filter. After the filter isready, initiate the bulk change operation again.
