Memory Used - The amount of available memory currently used by CyberAudit-Web tostore People and mission records.Power Source - Indicates the source of power currently running the Flex System Hub.- Powered by an external source such as AC power through a transformer.- Powered by an optional battery connected to the molex battery port on theFlex System Hub. In this mode CyberKeys are not charged and the system will havelimited life, typically 5 hours or less depending on frequency of use.Battery Level - Indicates whether a battery is present and its charge level.Operations:- Battery charge level is good.- The battery charge level is below 50% capacity.- Battery life is less than two minutes.- The Flex Hub detected no battery.New - Click to add a new Flex System Hub.- Creates a printable list of the Flex System Hubs.Clicking in a non-linked section of a record will display a drop-down menu of operations:Properties - Displays editable networking details of the selected Flex Hub.Modules - Brings up the Modules listing page with details about the modules bothplanned and currently connected.Audit Report - Generates an audit trail records logged for the Flex Hub.Keys - Displays a page for viewing and editing the list of CyberKeys currently to beused with Weatherized Vaults or a Flex System Vault FX. This menu item only appears onFlex System hubs with one or more Vault modules.Show in Matrix - Displays the Access Matrix with a filter applied for the selected FlexHub to to display the tags and people who have access. This menu item only appears onFlex System hubs with one or more Vault modules.Notification - This is a branched menu to set up emails notifications to send to one ormore email addresses for either of these topics:Informing that the CyberKey has expired but has not been returned to a Vault.Warning that the door on a Weatherized Vault or Vault 20 FX has been left open.This menu item only appears on Flex System hubs with one or more Vault modules.Diagnostics - Another branched menu to retrieve or view detailed status from theselected Flex System Hub.Sync - Causes CyberAudit-Web to attempt to make an immediate TCP/IP connectionwith the Flex System Hub. If the connection attempt is successful, the Flex Hub willimmediately synchronize with CyberAudit-Web rather than waiting for the next synchronizecycle.
