Journal of Changes Report ColumnsThe columns included in the report include:Date - The Date and Time that the change took place, the date is rendered to the login'stimezoneChange Category - The type of item changedID of Changed - This a unique identifier for the item that was changed. Sometimes this isa serial number, but for most items this a number generated and used internally by thisapplication.Name of Changed - This is the name that has been associated with an item. For mostitems this is more familiar and useful than the ID.Operation Type - The changes made have been broken up into several catagories:EditAdd - Frequently an add is immediately followed by an edit.Delete - Items that are deleted can no longer be seen by anyone but the top leveladministrator.Add/Remove Visibility - The name and title with this operation refer to the login thatmade the change, check the details to find the administrators who gained or lostvisibility as a result.Copy & Move - Refers to Access Lists, Schedules, and Group Operations. It doesn'tget used for visibility changes, they are reporteed individually under add visibility andremove visibility.Logon - Records the time that a user logs into the system.Logoff - Records the time that a user logs out of the system, but doesn't includelogins that timeout.Fix Inconsistency - Produced by routines that run periodically to check for and repairinconsistencies in the database. These events are only visibile to the topleveladministrator.
