Adding Holidays1. To add a holiday, click "Holidays" from the "Schedules"drop down menu.2. Click the "New" link.3. Type the name of the holiday and choose the appropriatedate.4. Click the "Save" button.
CyberAudit-Web Global SchedulesCyberAudit-Web includes three global schedules which cannot be removed or edited. Thesespecial schedules are called CyberPoint, Full Access, and No Access.Using the CyberPoint schedule in the Access Matrix will not allow them to open any of thelocks paired with it, but will record whether or not the person contacted the lock. CyberPointschedules are great for security guard rounds. Creating a standard schedule and using theCyberPoint schedule to assign to a security guard enables the guard to use the same key toboth open locks he or she needs to access (such as the lock on the door of the employeeentrance and >his or her personal locker) and to record that security checkpoints were visitedduring the times they needed to be checked. CyberPoint schedules are valid at all times,including holidays.The Full Access schedule is valid at all times, including holidays.The No Access schedule is never valid. This schedule exists for the purpose of restrictingmaster key access. When this schedule is assigned to a master key, it will prevent the masterkey from accessing those locks to which the schedule is applied.
