Federal Forfeiture Sharing Treasury Fund - 173Federal Forfeiture Sharing Treasury Fund - 173Summary: Pursuant to provisions of the "Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act", ss. 932.701-932.704, F.S. local boards ofcounty commissioners or the governing body of a municipality can establish law enforcement trust fundsin which to deposit the proceeds from confiscated property seized during arrests.
