The system will link Volusia County with Seminole,Orange, Osceola Counties when completely finished. Phase I construction is scheduled to start in 2013 and will service Deltona toOrlando at an estimated construction cost of $5.6 million. Phase II includes design and additional construction and is scheduled to becompleted in 2015. This phase will connect Deland to Poinciana in Osceola County. The FY 2010-11 budget represents a transfer fromGeneral Fund providing funding for debt service on a State Infrastructure Bank Loan (SIB) in the amount of $10.2 million, anticipatedduring FY 2010-11.
