All funding for capital projects is provided by State toll revenue credits applied as a matchfor the Federal grants. The Federal grant for FY 2010-11, total $18,595,557. The grant will be appropriated when final award is received.The money is set aside to refurbish 9 para transit vehicles and 14 commuter vans, renovate the base facility to a "green" status, West Sidemaintenance facility, upgrade amenities such as transfer points and shelters and upgrading technology.Volusia County Section F - 322
