All vehiclespurchased by the Sheriff's Office are financed over three years at current interest rates. Transfers to Debt Service represent the principaland interest expenses associated with the purchase of the budgeted vehicles and those financed in previous years.Computers, hardware, and network equipment are centrally purchased and expensed in this activity.
