Included in this review will be alternateplatforms from which resources will be deployed to emergency and non-emergency incidents, reviewing the current HUB Model anddetermining the most effective and efficient service delivery model, and ensuring organizational programs and structure effectivelysupports the core mission of the agency.During <strong>FY</strong> <strong>2010</strong>-<strong>11</strong>, Fire Administration will continue to provide overarching organizational leadership and direction through acomprehensive policy and guideline review, to ensure organizational and service delivery components are effectively and efficientlymanaged and remain accountable. Fire Administration will also complete a comprehensive review of agency performance measures toensure core mission functions are correctly measured, so that programs and operational components are managed effectively and theagency can identify performance improvement opportunities.<strong>Volusia</strong> <strong>County</strong> Section F - 171
