In addition, the Director isresponsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Federal and State agencies, municipalities, the St. Johns River WaterManagement District, and non-profit land conservation organizations, such as Trust for Public Lands and The Nature Conservancy, toensure that the <strong>Volusia</strong> Forever Program has cost sharing partners. For <strong>FY</strong> <strong>2010</strong>-<strong>11</strong> one position was transferred to Transition Reserves.<strong>Volusia</strong> <strong>County</strong> Section F - 216
