In addition, the Director isresponsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Federal and State agencies, municipalities, the St. Johns River WaterManagement District, and non-profit land conservation organizations, such as Trust for Public Lands and The Nature Conservancy, toensure that the Volusia Forever Program has cost sharing partners. For FY 2010-11 one position was transferred to Transition Reserves.Volusia County Section F - 216
