Trail Projects Fund - 328Trail Projects Fund - 328Summary: The purpose of this fund is to account for both the East Central Regional Rail Trail and the Spring-to-SpringTrails. County Council has committed $1 million of ECHO funds, annually, to be used toward bonds and thetrail projects. The East Central Regional Rail Trail is expected to be over 50 miles in length and will becomepart of a five county, 260 mile loop, which is anticipated to be complete in 2013.
