1.6 Specific Output Signals (5xxx)State5283, 5323, 5363: RESTART RETURN PROCESSINGThese signals are one of the signals related to the restarting operations and indicatethat the restart returning is executed.For a system with one application,use signal No. 5283.State5284, 5324, 5364: RETRY SETTING TIME EXCEEDEDThese signals indicate that the accumulated number of restart times has beenreached or exceeded the set value.For a system with one application,use signal No. 5284.State5285, 5325, 5365: ARC SHORTAGE RESTART SETTING TIMESEXCEEDEDThese signals indicate that the accumulated number of arc shortage restart times hasbeen reached or exceeded the set value.For a system with one application,use signal No. 5285.State5286, 5326, 5366: AUTOMATIC ANTI-STICKING SETTING TIMESEXCEEDEDThese signals indicate that the accumulated number of automatic anti-sticking timeshas been reached or exceeded the set value.For a system with one application,use signal No. 5286.State5287, 5327, 5367: RETRY REPLAY MODEThese signals inform that arc retry is being executed in the replay operation mode.For a system with one application,use signal No. 5287.HandlingSignals from 5270 to 5387 are classified into three blocks and assigned to output signals thathave different meanings depending on the application.
