them to recipients? Nevertheless, that the redactors can really try it,<br />

psychological insights notes 6 , that we can not even objectively perceive<br />

or process and assess the informations and events. It is because in these<br />

cognitive processes enters a series of subjective factors of each individual.<br />

Each person perceives and processes reality, informations and events of<br />

life more or less distinct and unique. Problem is, that most people do not<br />

realize these subjective determinations and consequently believes that if<br />

one interprets the same event differently that this must be from his side<br />

knowingly introducing, lies, propaganda, or intellectual backwardness.<br />

This will then cause social tensions, conlicts, whether blaming each<br />

other of ulterior motives. We believe that also the following factors<br />

may cause the belief of many people on media failure, and that, they<br />

do not trust them. Demonstration of the effect of psychological, social<br />

and pedagogical factors in media work could help us eliminate many<br />

of the social tensions and mistrust, and on the other hand, set better<br />

mechanisms of media work, so that we can compensate impossibility<br />

of redactors to objectively perceive and interpret reality and events in<br />

it. Actually, it is about giving up the illusion that man, redactor, citizen,<br />

politics or an expert are be able to objectively and truthfully relect the<br />

phenomena of life.<br />

Goals of research<br />

Our aim was to research how respondents perceive the media regarding<br />

the thrust. Furthermore, as the various media presents the same themes<br />

and events and how speciic pedagogical, psychological, social and<br />

spiritual factors are affecting the work of the redactors. Speciically, we<br />

research the psychological, social and pedagogical factors that inluence<br />

our perception and processing information and events by our brain. Our<br />

intention was also to see, to what extent those respondents from the<br />

media knows the listed psychological, social and pedagogical factors and<br />

determinants, and whether they are adding them into their work.<br />

Research questions<br />

1. What is the credibility of Slovak and Czech media for citizens?<br />

2. Are individual media different in the interpretation and evaluation of<br />

the same themes and events? If yes, are these differences signiicant?<br />

How are these differences relected in one media? How are these<br />

differences relected in a mainstream and non-mainstream media?<br />

3. What are the speciics of personality psychology of studied redactors<br />

in the context of the impact of cognitive-psychological patterns of<br />
