Use a novel culture vessel equipped with blue <strong>and</strong> red LED lighting source, named<br />

the UniPACK. It was developed by Okamoto et al. (1996) <strong>and</strong> consists <strong>of</strong> MP with<br />

RW substrate, LED CAP light source, having 9 blue LEDs <strong>and</strong> 36 red LEDs. The<br />

UniPACK is also placed under CO2 enrichment condition in all the experiments<br />

(Figure 3).<br />
