MOTIVATIONAL ANALYSIS OF ORGANIZATIONS—BEHAVIOR (MAOB)
110 ❘❚
Udai Pareek
Instructions: This inventory can help you to understand how different motivations can
affect your behavior and your performance at work. There are no “right” or “wrong”
responses; the inventory will reflect your own perceptions of how you act at work, so
you will gain the most value from it if you answer honestly. Do not spend too much time
on any one item; generally, your first reaction is the most accurate.
For each of the statements, refer to the following scale and decide which number
represents how often you engage in the behavior or have the feeling described. Then
write that number in the blank to the left of the statement.
