THE VISIBILITY/CREDIBILITY INVENTORY<br />

Instructions: Completing this instrument will give you an opportunity to learn about<br />
your power and influence in your group or team. Please answer each question candidly,<br />
recognizing that there are no right/wrong, good/bad answers. Base your responses on<br />
your initial reaction to your actual behavior, not what you wish your behavior to be. For<br />
each statement, refer to the scale below, choose the number that indicates the degree to<br />
which that statement is true for you or is descriptive <strong>of</strong> you, and write that number in the<br />
blank to the left <strong>of</strong> the statement.<br />
1 = Strongly Disagree (Very Unlike Me)<br />
2 = Disagree (Unlike Me)<br />
3 = Slightly Disagree (Somewhat Unlike Me)<br />
