Earn a Pr<strong>of</strong>iciency Award<br />
A Pr<strong>of</strong>iciency Award may be given upon successful completion <strong>of</strong> a course or series <strong>of</strong> courses as designated in this Catalog.<br />
1. Select a Pr<strong>of</strong>iciency Award from the <strong>College</strong> Catalog and complete all course requirements specified.<br />
2. Earn a cumulative grade point average <strong>of</strong> not less than 2.0 in all degree-applicable coursework attempted.<br />
3. Apply for the Award in the Counseling Office.<br />

2. Earn a cumulative grade point average <strong>of</strong> not less than 2.0 in all degree-applicable college and university coursework<br />
attempted.<br />
3. Complete at least 12 semester units in residence at the college granting the Certificate.<br />
4. Apply for the certificate. The Certificate <strong>of</strong> Achievement is not automatically awarded upon completion <strong>of</strong> the requirements.<br />
File an application for the Certificate in the Counseling Office during the same semester in which the requirements will<br />
be completed.<br />
