sector, we would measure productivity quite well,<br />
but the other is sick leave. And at least in my<br />
agency, we measured sick leave pretty easy. I would<br />
be curious at what your sick leave usage has went<br />
down in some <strong>of</strong> the facilities that you have brought<br />
online because <strong>of</strong> that safe secure environment.<br />
Because even, you know, most <strong>of</strong> us know in the<br />
lifecycle cost <strong>of</strong> the building, its operations and<br />
maintenance and labor are your major cost factor<br />
expenses. And even a two percent change would be<br />
huge, a contribution that you've made that you may<br />
not be tracking, or you may be, that I'm unaware <strong>of</strong>.<br />

from the building industry perspective, we've<br />
embraced green building and most <strong>of</strong> our peers have<br />
all been very active in building buildings that have<br />
gotten lead certification. We recognize that there<br />
is, and you probably do too, that there is some kind<br />
<strong>of</strong> cost premium that is associated with that, though<br />
we're seeing that, you know, at least from a first<br />
cost perspective, going down significantly as green<br />
