And General Williams, each time when I am<br />
here, I am picking up some interesting topics. I<br />
remember the old days, I believe when you were<br />
commander in Germany, we did dozens <strong>of</strong> value<br />
engineering studies and sustainability was an issue.<br />

This is my second panel. I'm learning a<br />
great deal and I'm happy to participate again. I<br />
just hope that we were able to contribute again to<br />
this wonderful panel.<br />
