MR. SPRAGUE: Just remember to speak into<br />
the microphone when you're there.<br />
GENERAL WILLIAMS: Okay.<br />
MR. SPRAGUE: Turn the light on, so Tim can<br />
hear you and get all your words down.<br />
GENERAL WILLIAMS: Okay, good.<br />
MR. SPRAGUE: And we'll probably make some<br />
short announcement right before lunch.<br />
GENERAL WILLIAMS: Right. I think each <strong>of</strong><br />
you know that because <strong>of</strong> the way we're chartered, we<br />
have a pretty accurate account <strong>of</strong> what we do here at<br />
the panel meeting. And obviously this is not to<br />
discourage anyone, because we just want transparency<br />
and a full disclosure, and that's what Tom does for<br />
us, and he does it quite well.<br />
Okay. We're going to get started this<br />
morning with an overview <strong>of</strong> the state <strong>of</strong> the<br />
organization. We do this each time, so that you<br />
have a clear understanding <strong>of</strong> where we are today.<br />
And you can help pass the word along and be informed<br />
<strong>of</strong> what we are doing.<br />
