MS. SORG: And the budget is say twelve<br />
million dollars for Hong Kong, I'm just picking this<br />
out <strong>of</strong> the sky, but for in that twelve million, post<br />
wants everything done. They want everything that<br />
was wrong for the last whatever ten years that we<br />
looked at that site and fix it.<br />
MS. BETHANY: Yes.<br />
MS. SORG: So how do you push that, push<br />
these ideas <strong>of</strong> sustainability. And you know, how do<br />
you really sell that, and you know, I think this is<br />
something again, how do you bring those people on<br />
with you by saying, you know, even though your<br />
toilets are leaking, I think you ought to put window<br />
shades. You know, I mean --<br />
MS. BETHANY: Well it gets back to the<br />
definition <strong>of</strong> the value. It does take a selling<br />
case, especially on the sustainable design. But if<br />
you have the right, what Rick was talking about,<br />
having the right people on the team, that's the hard<br />
part, because you sometimes you might not have the<br />
right person there to help address it.<br />
But another critical element isn't just<br />
having the right person on the team when it's an<br />
