The only, shall we say, challenge, is the<br />
interconnection. And that gets into the<br />
electronics. We found rather than getting an awful<br />
lot <strong>of</strong>, shall we say, specialty wiring, simplify<br />
circuit packs so that you essentially have the same<br />
types <strong>of</strong> circuit packs all the way down and then you<br />
have a couple <strong>of</strong> spare circuit packs. And it<br />
doesn't take long before you can figure out where<br />
your problem is, whereas, if you have a unique<br />
massive piece <strong>of</strong> machinery, you don't know where to<br />
go when the darn thing doesn't start. And it could<br />
be a pump in another room.<br />
And <strong>of</strong> course, those are the<br />
interconnection conflicts that the O and M folks are<br />
constantly driven with, especially overseas, where<br />
some <strong>of</strong> the people maintaining this equipment speak<br />
a different language. So anything we can do to<br />
simplify it, you've got my vote.<br />

getting from the market? You've just adopted a<br />
system. Are you getting reaction from the market to<br />
treat you as a preferred customer because <strong>of</strong> the<br />
