MR. MINER: Everyone in DE gets sick at the<br />
same time. It's a point about togetherness.<br />
So I'm going to hand it <strong>of</strong>f to our experts<br />
very quickly, but I did want to just introduce the<br />
subject. We had a wonderful talk about the<br />
mechanical systems and the mechanical strategies in<br />
our building. I think it's important to note that<br />
the mechanical, the electrical, and the security<br />
components for our buildings are what we consider<br />
our most critical systems. When those systems go<br />
down, we're out <strong>of</strong> business. There are other things<br />
that we have some ability to resolve over time, but<br />
those are absolutely essential to the continued<br />
operation <strong>of</strong> our critical mission overseas.<br />
The mechanical subject that we just went<br />
through is a part <strong>of</strong> a larger opportunity and<br />
environmental and sustainability program that we<br />
have in place. We had a question similar to this a<br />
few years ago, what are we doing in the area <strong>of</strong><br />
sustainability and energy conservation? And I<br />
reported to the panel, at that time, that we had<br />
