GENERAL WILLIAMS: Okay. Are there any<br />
questions on anything that we covered this morning<br />
in the overview? It was a little longer, because I<br />
wanted you to have some behind the scenes operations<br />
and so you get a good feel for what the operation is<br />
about. We have a big challenging responsibility.<br />
We are delighted that our panel and those who have<br />
served for the last five years on these panels, many<br />
<strong>of</strong> them come back. I see Mary here and some <strong>of</strong> the<br />
others. We appreciate your loyal support and coming<br />
in to support the program.<br />
We believe that this is one <strong>of</strong> the best<br />
pieces <strong>of</strong> government that I have been associated<br />
with. It's a very challenging program. We have<br />
very difficult places to work. We have a very good,<br />
supportive staff. All <strong>of</strong> the managing directors and<br />
I are on the same page. We don't have issues and<br />
arguments, but we have a very challenging job.<br />
And we're not perfect. We're human like<br />
everybody else. I'm still waiting to see my perfect<br />
something and my perfect person. So we realize that<br />
some days we have to work harder, but the bottom<br />
line is, for your taxpayers dollars, there's 52 that<br />
