Getting to that point, something that struck me as<br />
we talked about this, a way to look at the program<br />
in a comprehensive way might be to show savings<br />
through value engineering and invest those into<br />
technologies that do cost more. And in the net sum,<br />
you can show how you have invested dollars saved<br />
into things that are sustainable, which would be a<br />
clever way to communicate.<br />
