You know, this has gone from a very solemn,<br />
(Laughter.)<br />
GENERAL WILLIAMS: -- serious operation to<br />
a sort <strong>of</strong> a mini party. But this is good. It shows<br />
that the interaction is working well and if we can<br />
help to make someone's day, we're real pleased about<br />
that.<br />
So we'll pick up now from where we stopped<br />
before lunchtime. It was a very spirited discussion<br />
on a very, very significant topic. We didn't give<br />
it enough treatment. We will be back and revisit<br />
it, as we have done several <strong>of</strong> these topics we felt<br />
had long, long tales to them.<br />
So now we will proceed now with value<br />
engineering. Kathy Bethany is going to lead that<br />
with her industry team and I will let her introduce<br />
the subject for our discussion.<br />
