MR. McCORMICK: Good afternoon, my name is<br />
David McCormick with Whitman, Requardt and<br />
Associates, an architectural and engineering firm <strong>of</strong><br />
400 and our main <strong>of</strong>fice is in Baltimore. And we<br />
have not ever done work with the <strong>Department</strong> <strong>of</strong><br />
<strong>State</strong>. We've done 90 years <strong>of</strong> work the federal and<br />
DoD.<br />
But through these meetings and the others<br />
that OBO is committed to, to helping me understand<br />
what you do, we had decided that we do want to try<br />
to do some work with you and we look forward to it.<br />
