GENERAL WILLIAMS: Good afternoon.<br />

MS. ANDERSON: I'm Mary Anderson and I wear<br />
more than one hat at times. And one <strong>of</strong> the hats I<br />
wear is the senior vice president for Schnabel<br />
Engineering. We're a geotechnical and environmental<br />
engineering firm involved in the OBO projects on the<br />
planning side, as well as working on some <strong>of</strong> the<br />
design-build.<br />
Our participation in these projects is<br />
challenging, interesting, and we're very, very proud<br />
<strong>of</strong> it. And we're very proud to be a part <strong>of</strong> this.<br />
Another hat I wear is as the President <strong>of</strong><br />
SAME Northern Virginia Post. I want to thank you<br />
for your support <strong>of</strong> our Post and for the support <strong>of</strong><br />
the Society <strong>of</strong> American Military Engineers.<br />
And then finally, a hat that I once wore<br />
that I cherish very much is as a former IAP<br />
panelist. And I have seen with great pride how this<br />
has grown and the information that has been<br />
exchanged. And congratulations panel, it's a great<br />
job.<br />
