Finally, the secure internet<br />
communications. I don't know that we'll ever<br />
control our equipment from here, but we should<br />
certainly be able to monitor it. We're doing so in<br />
some <strong>of</strong> our posts. We probably should have that<br />
capability throughout. So that's one <strong>of</strong> the things<br />
that we think we're going to approach.<br />
GENERAL WILLIAMS: Okay, before we go into<br />
the other side <strong>of</strong> this, are there any quick<br />

MS. SORG: George, was that five percent<br />
you talked about include the pent house?<br />

MR. GLAVIS: It includes the fan coil --<br />
MS. SORG: Penthouse space, the whole<br />
MR. GLAVIS: Yes, there is a lot <strong>of</strong><br />
contentious discussion on which process. The<br />
penthouse essentially is gone. We're talking about<br />
actual building space. And, quite frankly, you'll<br />
see different reports where they commingle a lot <strong>of</strong><br />
other things into "mechanical space" and when you<br />
drill down, there is a lot <strong>of</strong> electrical areas that<br />
