everybody. It's good to see everybody.<br />
Great discussion today. I loved the fact,<br />
the transition from YEP to IAP. I've been around<br />
for a few, so I've seen some good transition. BIM,<br />
it's threaded in, commissioning, and now we're into<br />
sustainable design.<br />
One note relative to the discussion on the<br />
prepackaging, love that idea. In fact, you might<br />
want to consider the fact that in the commissioning<br />
element, you may be able to eliminate some<br />
commissioning costs by doing the commissioning at<br />
the site in Cincinnati or wherever it may be, as<br />
part <strong>of</strong> your functional startups and so on and so<br />
