concerned about their safety and their health six<br />

and a half years ago that are, hopefully, not at<br />

this time.<br />

Okay. Let's move now into our topics for<br />

discussion. And we're going to alter just a little<br />

bit. We're going to do the HVAC Systems first. And<br />

then we're going to try to do one more before<br />

lunchtime and that will be the environmental and<br />

sustainability one. We're going to switch just a<br />

little bit.<br />

So, why don't we have the champions for the<br />

HVAC system make the necessary presentations?<br />

MR. LANGFITT: -- ladies, and gentlemen.<br />

My name is David Langfitt. I'm a mechanical<br />

engineer with the <strong>State</strong> <strong>Department</strong> and I've been<br />

tasked with the presentation <strong>of</strong> the majority <strong>of</strong><br />

this. George is a little bit under the weather, so<br />

I picked up a couple pieces that I wasn't really<br />

planning on earlier.<br />

On this first slide, everybody here knows<br />

embassy construction is very challenging. It's<br />

challenging enough to do what we do if we were doing<br />
