market player, what practices you do in how you<br />
represent projects to the marketplace. We talked<br />
about several things, green buildings. Well, we<br />
need to make sure that the public at large, that the<br />
host countries know that those are green buildings.<br />
We need to let the contracting community know that<br />
we have changed our mode <strong>of</strong> business, that we are<br />
practicing in a way that they want to be a part <strong>of</strong>.<br />
And we have to have a VE team with a business<br />
advisor could look at how we do business and what<br />

John, did you have any additional comments?<br />
MR. WOODS: A couple <strong>of</strong> comments. One,<br />
actually OBO has done value engineering studies <strong>of</strong><br />
your management process. I participated on the team<br />
in 1995 with Greg's father, Stuart Knoop, Bill Miner<br />
was involved in it, Fred Koom (ph.). And in that<br />
study, one <strong>of</strong> the -- there were a number <strong>of</strong> things<br />
that came out <strong>of</strong> that. One is the AE guidelines now<br />
are a part <strong>of</strong> the, are an amendment to the standard<br />
building code. At the time they started, OBO had<br />
100 different design manuals or publications that<br />
they used to design a building. So we talked, at<br />
