Okay, that's sort <strong>of</strong> my response to the<br />
balance. The other one has to do a very good word<br />
attitude. And I would like to hear more about that<br />
because attitude sometime get printed around. So we<br />

Then <strong>of</strong> course the other one you put out is<br />
the most for my money. And I was sitting here<br />
trying to think, how would that work? Most sometime<br />
might come in the eyes <strong>of</strong> the beholder and when you<br />
start taking about going to Ouagadougou and can't<br />
figure out how to get through Customs, that might<br />
get to be a problem. I understand what you're<br />
saying, but I'm just, I want you to kind <strong>of</strong><br />
understand the environment we have to deal with.<br />
Now, another excellent idea struck me as<br />
you were going through your presentation and that<br />
was, does the host country really know that we are<br />
interested in more things than just building this<br />
diplomatic facility? I don't know whether it's<br />
sinking in in the fabric like it should. And you<br />
raised a good point. And I'm thinking now about a<br />
task for our people that would say at the initial<br />
planning survey time, that we have a pamphlet. A<br />
little take away that we can hand to the individual<br />
