meeting, because I was on travel, my colleagues<br />
said, Joe, you can be the Master <strong>of</strong> Ceremonies. So<br />
I got to do the honors <strong>of</strong> surprising the General<br />
with an award.<br />
So, if you go to OBO now, you will see an<br />
award in our case on the lobby floor that is to<br />
Charles E. Williams in recognition <strong>of</strong> the leadership<br />
that he gave the organization to achieve these<br />
incredible results. And as you can see, it was not<br />
just an execution issue. It involved everybody<br />
across the board in OBO, numbers <strong>of</strong> passports,<br />
numbers <strong>of</strong> personnel actions, the numbers <strong>of</strong> visas,<br />
and on and on and on.<br />
So we were very proud <strong>of</strong> this achievement<br />
and we really wanted to recognize General Williams.<br />
So we got two awards, you have one, sir. I trust<br />
you have, you're keeping yours?<br />
GENERAL WILLIAMS: I have, it, yes.<br />
MR. TO<strong>US</strong>SAINT: And the one we will put in<br />
our case downstairs to mark this milestone. But I<br />
wanted to correct that.<br />

GENERAL WILLIAMS: I appreciate that, Joe.<br />
And I appreciate the initiative that the staff<br />
decided to do. And if you don't take anything else<br />
