and we have to pay attention to that. And I think<br />
your two comments about which, we don't want to be<br />
viewed as a hog, I think is important.<br />
So, George, or maybe anyone have a rough<br />
idea in terms <strong>of</strong> percentage <strong>of</strong> sort <strong>of</strong> total cost<br />
reduction this new approach might make, if we do it<br />
right?<br />
MR. GLAVIS: Are we looking at first costs<br />
or are we looking a lifecycle costs?<br />

GENERAL WILLIAMS: Well, try to give me<br />
MR. GLAVIS: Okay. The first cost is wash<br />
until you start running the length <strong>of</strong> the line going<br />
all the way out to the utility building and then the<br />
cost <strong>of</strong> the utility building equipment and pouring<br />
concrete. Those get lost in the equation,<br />
typically.<br />
As far as the operating costs, as soon as<br />
you start lightening <strong>of</strong>f those various very<br />
expensive pumps, try and pump all that water all the<br />
way across a ten acre compound and trying to keep it<br />
cool, by the time you have got your water to the<br />
source, or to the load, you've lost an awful lot <strong>of</strong><br />
your efficiencies.<br />
And the maintenance issues, if I can jump<br />
