there really is not an increased cost, at this time,<br />
to get lead certification. The only cost is the<br />
actual fee to the OSGBC, which varies according to<br />
the square footage <strong>of</strong> the building, which is the<br />
neighborhood <strong>of</strong> about $3,000. So right now, we are<br />
already asking our design-build teams to register<br />
the project, to collect all the documentation<br />
online. We just have not asked them to push that<br />
final button and do the certification. And that<br />
would be a small increase in cost.<br />

Now the issue with that, <strong>of</strong> course, is that<br />
it's a third party certification and therefore, you<br />
are asking the contractor to be obliged to this<br />
third party for the actual certification. So that's<br />
a bit <strong>of</strong> a barrier and we don't want to bog the<br />
contractor down with getting that final piece.<br />
