the fact that we're talking about a carbon<br />
footprint, I think the opportunity for OBO is to<br />
absolutely be able to measure its carbon footprint<br />
over these facilities across the world.<br />
Interesting, that we're looking at a time<br />
right now where the U.S. is not participating in the<br />
Kyoto Protocol and where the rest <strong>of</strong> the world,<br />
where most <strong>of</strong> your opportunities are, already have<br />
some type <strong>of</strong> regulatory or compliance scheme in<br />
place for climate change. And so we're looking at<br />
it here from a perspective that our congress right<br />
now is still talking about. Right now we have a<br />
voluntary program but most <strong>of</strong> the rest <strong>of</strong> the world<br />
has programs that are already regulated.<br />
So the opportunity, I think is really, I<br />
think what you're going to find if you go out and<br />
actually do your footprinting, you're not going to<br />
have as big <strong>of</strong> a footprint, as most <strong>of</strong> the<br />
industrialized world is going to have. You<br />
basically have ten-acre site across all <strong>of</strong> your<br />
facilities.<br />
We're working with companies in private<br />
industry right now and here's what is happening.<br />
They are racing to be the first to set the standard<br />
for where climate change is going, particularly in<br />
Free <strong>State</strong> Reporting, Inc.<br />
