usage or water handling maintenance type of problem
is an advantage to air-cooled systems.
GENERAL WILLIAMS: Okay. Greg?
MR. KNOOP: Well, a key interest is a
building is a living organism and it's going to go
on for many years. So are we seeing that this has a
lifecycle benefit from its maintainability? Is it
easy to educate the persons who have to operate and
maintain it? That's where we'd want to see the
benefit because once we get past the first purchase,
it's the post who owns the responsibility to keep
that thing running.
MR. GLAVIS: Absolutely. Excellent
question, Greg. I came out of the maintenance side
here and moved over to design. So I relate directly
to what you are worried about. If we can simplify
it, keep it smaller, eliminate all the extra
ancillary functions such as water treatment, that
sort of thing, you're not scaling up your system.
You're not trying to run things incorrectly.
The modular approach has one distinct
advantage. If I can look at one, shall we say small
component, and I can master that, then stacking them
in line is easy and anybody can look at that and
understand from one modular and the others just
