we did a lighting study <strong>of</strong> how could we become more<br />

efficient in our lighting in our buildings. So we<br />

had Nancy Clinton involved, and Archie Cal (ph.) did<br />

this great study for us and came up with the fact<br />

that if we did a few things like, rather than<br />

recessed lighting, if we did use the direct indirect<br />

method, which is hanging the fixture below the<br />

ceiling and using the ceiling as the light fixture.<br />

These types <strong>of</strong> things could help us reduce our<br />

lighting load and our energy cost load by about 11<br />

percent annually, which is about a quarter <strong>of</strong> a<br />

million dollars over the 24 lifecycle.<br />

Next slide, please. Then we also<br />

incorporated or initiated a wind study. Where in<br />

the world can OBO build wind turbines and harness<br />

wind power in a feasible manner? And we have found,<br />

through the study, that it's more difficult than you<br />

might think. Wind mapping is not done by most <strong>of</strong><br />

the countries. We only have 34 percent <strong>of</strong> the<br />

countries actually mapping their winds. And then<br />

the high resolution wind maps are only by these 30<br />

countries here, on this chart. So, we don't have<br />

wind data on a lot <strong>of</strong> the areas where we're<br />

building.<br />
