Look at your federal buildings that were<br />
built in the 1920s in double-loaded corridors and<br />
windows that could open. They were done like that<br />
for a purpose. We didn't have air conditioning. So<br />
we have to look at changing the market and our<br />
responsibility to do that. And I think we have the<br />
power to do it because we are empowered with such a<br />
large volume <strong>of</strong> construction dollars and<br />
construction square footage. I don't know, how we<br />
would be able to attempt to do that, I guess would<br />
be the form <strong>of</strong> a question.<br />
MS. McINTIRE: We do shape the market in<br />
some ways. We had a waterless urinal program this<br />
year where we replaced so many urinals across the<br />
board that we're saving eight million gallons <strong>of</strong><br />
water with that program. So that's huge. And we<br />
gave them a list <strong>of</strong> different manufacturers that<br />
would meet our performance criteria and I got a<br />
couple calls saying, oh my gosh, there's a run on<br />
waterless urinals, what's going on at OBO? So that<br />
was a good thing.<br />
I mean, that's a small token, but I think<br />
you know, you're right, the energy systems, the<br />
mechanical systems. You're right when we were<br />
