So with our pressurization, we have an<br />
opportunity to, as long as we commission it right up<br />
front, we get all the necessary information into the<br />
building management system and hopefully, as we are<br />
moving this challenge, if you will, to a simpler<br />
design, we're getting the essential feedback<br />
information to our post, one, and also hopefully<br />
soon, to our people back here. And the important<br />
part is that way, I constantly compare actual versus<br />
design conditions. I can see trend analysis. If<br />
something is not right on the second floor, I know<br />
because <strong>of</strong> the information coming back, the usage<br />
data went up. And if the usage went up, it's time<br />
to get in there and look at it before something went<br />
wrong. So that's where we're headed.<br />
GENERAL WILLIAMS: Okay, go ahead, Greg.<br />
MR. KNOOP: That's a key element, keeping a<br />
record. We've got to know and be honest with<br />
ourselves whether we're actually meeting those<br />
success measures and keep trying to innovate, to<br />
challenge yourselves to meet those success measures.<br />
MR. GLAVIS: I thank you for bringing it<br />
up. In the past, thanks to Joe Williams, we looked<br />
at some <strong>of</strong> these buildings. We didn't know exactly<br />
