third or fourth IAP and appreciate the strategic<br />
insight into the program. And it helps us get set<br />
to be able to meet the needs <strong>of</strong> the program and some<br />
<strong>of</strong> the great ideas that are generated here. So<br />

MR. SMITH: General Williams, panel<br />
members, fellow colleagues, thank you for the<br />
invitation today. My name is T. C. Smith. I'm with<br />
ManTech International. I am a program manager for a<br />
secure supply chain logistics. We can do everything<br />
from procurement to storage. We've got 108,000<br />
square feet <strong>of</strong> TS cleared storage space right here<br />
in Springfield, Virginia. We are currently<br />
supporting the <strong>State</strong> <strong>Department</strong> in program called<br />
GITMP, the Global Information Technology<br />
Modernization Program, where we swap out all the<br />
land, infrastructure in all the embassies every four<br />
years. So we know how to do the process.<br />
We're also supporting, for the last two<br />
months, a program called the ACTOA program, the<br />
Free <strong>State</strong> Reporting, Inc.<br />
