are considered mechanical. They used to co-locate<br />
with the older HVAC systems. There has been a trend<br />
to have everybody have their own little turf. So<br />
you have a lot <strong>of</strong> mechanical electrical rooms. You<br />
have separate wires closets for telecommunications.<br />
You have separate ones for data, and then you have<br />
separate ones for classified. And when you add them<br />
all up, they are well over the five percent. I'm<br />
talking about heating, ventilation, and air<br />
conditioning five percent. That's based on the BOMA<br />
standards. Okay?<br />
GENERAL WILLIAMS: Okay, as we roll into<br />
our panel side <strong>of</strong> it, I heard a central theme out <strong>of</strong><br />
our presentation, which talked about reduced cost,<br />
reduced space, simpler to operate, and efficient.<br />
So that's what we're going into the other side with.<br />

MR. HORNE: Marvin and I had the task <strong>of</strong><br />
the other side and thought this morning we'd go<br />
through, we'll start with minimizing HVAC issues<br />
after move-in. And that begins with, I think, a<br />
very basic business tenant that is really<br />
understanding the integrity <strong>of</strong> the equipment<br />
